After OS 5.0.0.1036 leaked for the 9000 and 8900, it seemed like only a matter of time until the 8520 version showed up. Well today is your day Curve users! While you may be feeling like your device is being left in the dust with the launch of the 9300, it should feel nice to know that RIM is still diligently developing OS's for this device. if it's better than 900 I might give it a go later.. thanks for the feedback.
I've completed the installment just now, can't notice anything as yet but the blinking bolt when charging... I'll leave feedback as soon as notice other changes.
Edit1: appworld access seems (is) faster to me.
Edit2: charging through my laptop seems faster.
Edit3: Battery life seems shorter.
