I also read a few postings here on Crackberry that stated the 8520 case fit, but it was a very tight fit. So you may want to double check that.

I don't understand why anyone would have a need to do that. Did you drop the phone and crack the case?

A 85XX housing will work on Curve 3G if you cut 2 taps off the 85XX housing. If you buy a 85XX housing you also need to make sure you get a 85XX screen lens. And if you buy a 93XX housing you will also need to buy a screen lens for that housing model. You will also need to know that you are going to have to remove glue off the real screen do to glue off the lens.
