Hey all, central Illinois user, Storm, have had no service since above date. I see many other people with short hour or so problems, but we're talking six days now. Any info or help out there?
Voice service? Data service? Both?
Have you called Verizon?
Are other Verizon customers without service in the same area?
Have you done a battery pull with the device turned on?
Is the radio enabled on the device?
Is you bill paid up to date?
No data on my Verizon Storm 9530 unlocked with T-Mobile since 11/19/10 at 7 pm. It shows EDGE but nothing works, except calls and txts. I have done everything, battery pull, resend service books, register to network. Until now no data.
