I use iFitness. It's pretty good. You could track your works, see your progress, It show's you many different exercises. Some even have video.
What i don't like is the fact the it doesn't break down each body part.
Example in the Arms category you have for biceps and triceps.... which i would like to have those 2 sections separate.
But i do think it's worth the price ( 1.99 ) i think

You just reminded me of another important point.
If it shows you how to perform each exercise correctly, that would be very helpful. Performing it correctly gets better results.

I had no idea that complimentary was synonymous with 'slow' and 'throttled'.
