I was wondering if it was possible to do text reflow on the 9700 like how you can on the 9800 by 'double tapping' the paragraph and the text will 'Text Reflow'

Probably not. That is called "column" view on non-TS devices and at least in OS5 can be found in the browser options.

Keep pressing "o" to zoom out of the webpage as far as it will let you. Then point the magnifying glass to the text u want to reflow and press the trackpad. It wil reflow the text but only on some pages.

Ahhhh I see! You're right only some pages it works! I hope someone else finds this thread as the reflow makes the browser soooo much more functional!!

i've found it only work in full web sites, not on mombile sites, maybe because mobile sites are "optimized" for cellphones, but aren't always right.
