Updated this app in the am but it pretty much made my phone unusable. Tried to start the app but only got an Api error. Uninstalled the app. Anyone else having problems? This one of the few apps that was worth the $$$ paid.

Mine too. I avoided the last upgrade after hearing of issues and was hesitant to install this one. Inner voice wins again. Damn.

Wish I wouldn't have done the update as well. Is there a link to version 3.1 somewhere? Sent a message to pageonce customer support at Pageonce - Contact Pageonce Support. Hopefully they can fix the problem soon because I don't have any version installed and I used this app on a daily basis.

I loaded the free version of 3.11 then reinstalled the premium version of 3.1 over the free version. Might not make sense but it worked.

I did notice that the 3.11 version didn't ask if I wanted to grant it Trusted Application status like 3.1 does.

Getting the same error with 3.11. I think it is a permission issue. Tried to change the permissions in the app list, but it just hung up. Did a BP and will try to change the permissions before running the app to see if that works. Otherwise back to 3.1.

Ya I tried the permissions thing too. Didn't work. Do the support thing so they know what's going on and hopefully fix it quick. Is it phone specific? I got a Bold 9650, what do you guys have?

Hold "ALT" and type RST. App World will close. Reopen and 3.12 should be there.

I somehow missed 3.11, but sounds like that's a good thing.

App World notified me of 3.12 this morning.
