has anyone had a message on their home screen when locked

dont know what the **** is going on i connected it to one of my computers and when i dissconnected it i have this message

If it's a BES controlled phone an administrator could send that message and lock the phone. Did you buy it new? Are you on BES?

i bought the phone used ive hade it for around 6 months... everything works still just the message when phone is locked

If you go to options then owner it should have that exact message posted there when the phone is locked. If I were you I'd back up all my data and wipe the phone clean and register the BIS through sprint. I'm pretty sure you have to have the original owner unregister their BES.
