Phone was purchased from eBay brand new sealed, I purchased two brand new TS back's from eBay too, one of them, the "m" fell off of Palm, so it says "Pal".. TS charger is brand new too. I opened it to look at it, but have never used it, as well as with one of the TS back's.. I opened it to inspect it for damage, and it was okay, never used.
