I used to lock my phone by pressing K but I cannot activate keyboards shortcuts since upgrading to os6. Any ideas? At the moment I am using my left convenience key but would prefer that to be my torch again.

Ii also have the 9700 with os 6 and having the same problem. 've done that and when I press and hold K it says assign a shortcut....now what?

Its been changed to the "A" key. Just hold that down and it will lock your keys

My apologies, I should have said you have to turn off universal search an select application shorts cuts to make K work.

I wish the "z" for zoom would work to put the browser into column mode. But it doesn't. You have to manually zoom in and scroll around.

I haven't found a way. I'm sure that is difficult. Especially for those with some type of casemate.

Not sure what phone all of you have but I have a 9650 and if I press "K" it locks the keyboard and if I hold down "A" it locks the keyboard, I am also looking for another way to unlock the keyboard other then pressing the top left of my phone, the alt and then enter method does not work for me.

Yeh...I wish there was a keyboard shortcut for unlocking the phone.

And if you hold down the 'Q' it will switch your sound profile to vibrate mode instantly..!

Anybody know how to search?? The shortcut S works with the default theme, but when using user themes, the shortcut is disabled. With one theme I used, the S brought up a 'General search' option, but not with others. I also do not even see a search icon.

I made a custom theme for my 9650 and I too was wondering why S used to bring up universal (or legacy) search, but no longer does with this theme. Thank you!
