Any ideas on what to do?

Go in through bbsak and delete the tmobile stock theme.

also please post future issues in the OS LEAK/BETA forum. This issue has already been reported there.

I think this is your fix:

    modify .cods/remove .cods

    Remove these:
    net_rim_theme_tmobile_BlackBerry6_480x360_b.cod
    net_rim_theme_tmobileeu_BlackBerry6_480x360_b.cod

Blackberry is a shortcut utility tool
BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife (BBSAK) Version 1.7.0 Released | BlackBerryRocks.com

Use with caution, it can cause some Havok if used incorrectly.

If you want to do it the long way w/o using BBSAK go to
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\
on your computer, then select your OS then open the "java" folder and delete the two files that are mentioned....

    then go to
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
delete the Vendor file and double click on the "app loader.exe".

how did you remove the cods from the phone if you didn't use bbsak?
There are some applications that do that, blackberry master control program, crackutil, vnbbutils, or the plain java loader command line. I think you could also try and delete the cods from the OS folder in your computer and see if they get deleted from the phone the next time you run apploader.

What do we do if we already updated to OS6?

I've also manually deleted those theme files...now how do I make it so make phone takes effect as well?

There is a whole thread on the issues with this build here:
    http://forums.crackberry.com/f95/lea...-fixes-545423/

It's already several pages long. You might find more info there. There are reports on page 1 of this issue happening if you used Shrink-a-os, or manually edited out some of the files needed for the default themes. There is even a list of what files to check.

In fact, the same thing happened to me first time I tried to shrink down an OS 5 build for my 9000.

Sorry for the confusion, i did use BBSAK. what i meant was that it didn't solve the problem. I still have the white screen even after deleting the themecods. I just wiped the phone and reinstalled the os but the problem still persists.

If you reinstalled the OS w/o deleting those two files prior to installing the new OS, the problem will still remain. You need to delete those two files, to rid those themes.
