    The 9780 mainly just caught the 9700 up to the 9650. It is a GSM model from RIM. As far as I know, the only real difference in specs between the 9780 and 9650 is the camera and slight form-factor difference.

    no yur right.......9780 is a GSM model (t-mobile,at&t).......compared to sprint which is a CDMA model.....verizon is also CDMA
