    As of right now, no. BBM/PIN messaging is only possible on the device itself.

    I'm not sure what that means, but it is not possible to send a pin message from a computer or any method other than from a BB handheld, so far as I know. The only possible exception I can think of is maybe a BES admin could broadcast a pin message to the users on their server, but I have no experience with that one way or another.

    Only BES admins can from the server.

    From my understanding this is only supported under full BES, not BES express. Its part of the API
