Hi guyz, i have a BBB 9000 and for clear some memories i do sometimes soft restart (or hard restart, depends on the day) but this time my blackberry is stuck on the loading screen, at the beginning of the loading bar then reboot itselft with the red light and the processus repeat itself until there is no more baterries...
So i try to connect it to my computer but i cant restore it because it reboot all the time and my pc can't connect with it.
I tried to charge it without the battery but this is not helping...
