I haven't been able to get any data whatsoever to move today. Anyone else noticing this?

(email, app data, browser, all complain about missing data connection.)

Its been in and out for since Monday for me. Right now its fine on BIS (I'm writing this from my berry right now) but its been a bit iffy for a few days.
