    Yesterday I updated my Blackberry Curve 9300 3g to the new software version 5.0.0.846. Before I went to bed, I put my curve on charge and noticed that the "lightening bolt" that indicates charging was flashing instead of a solid bolt that used to appear before. I'm wondering if this is due to the update (which I can't seem to find any release notes on) or if something is wrong with my Curve. On a side note, it still charges.

    Its the update, there is nothing wrong with the phone or the charger. Mine has been like that since I bought it.

    Yup ... this is normal, it isn't a solid bolt anymore.
