I installed 6.0.0.280 and like it for the most part. But I noticed just now that Skype Mobile has disappeared from my Blackberry. I tried to download it, but it said that:

"Sorry, Skype is unavailable for your mobile."

Anyone else have similar results?

weird. my skype mobile is fine. is the icon just hidden away in a folder somewhere?

my skype is fine also...i upgraded from 5.0 & did not do a wipe. did u do a wipe?

Yes, I wiped before loading BB6.

I've checked, Skype isn't hiding anywhere. It's not listed under applications and it appears nowhere using the search function.

I fixed it. For those that run into this problem, I was able to get Skype back on by following this link to the .jad file:

http://download.skype.com/rim/vrim5_0/Skype_mobile.jad
