    Hi guys,

    right i am on my second blackberry bold 9700, and since i have had this one my email doesnt work so i have tried the many of thing like following all the steps which are not the same steps on my phone as to what is on here. If i go into email setup it just says create add new email account which i press next then just comes up with enter username and password so i do that and it keeps on saying incorrect bla bla it wont even let me add a new one any help me and my blondness out please???

    I recommend you do it from the BIS site from your computer instead. What carrier are you on?

    also you have to make sure you release the pin from your other phone before the email will work on the new one as you have to replace the old pin with the new and this has to be done on the BIS site.
