My wife and I have 2 BB Storms under a family line. How does that NE2 discount work on the 2nd line? Do I have to wait the full 24 month to get the upgrade discount on the 2nd line? Will it have a similar discount after 20 months like the primary line.

Yes you can BOGO on a secondary. When I got my 9530 on my third line, I was offered a BOGO.
