From your home screen, click on the BB button. It should take you to the main menu with all your program shortcuts. Click the BB button again, and it'll bring up a list of options, one of which is "Show all." After selecting that, go through your pictures. You should be able to see it.
I think he has it hidden within the properties of the picture. You have to go to your "files" under applications. Follow to where you have it hidden. BB button. Show hidden. It will appear dull vs your non hidden files.
