Sometime ago my voicemail alerts stopped functioning. I when I checked my profile, all alerts settings are unchanged. I don't recall installing any third party apps at the time, and wasn't playing around with leaked OS updates. It just randomly stopped sounding (the icon still appears as usual). Carrier is Sprint, OS version = 5.0.0.624. Thanks.
