Ok, my vzw.blackberry.net e-mail address was deleted off my account on the bis website. Is there anyway I can retrieve it and get it back on my device? I do have old back-up files that I've tried re-installing the service books but it doesn't get it??

What happens when you click the add new email account button and attempt to setup the account?

I get:

The email address or password is incorrect, or we need more details to set up this email. Retype the information or provide additional settings.

I'm using the BIS site password, its the only password I'm aware of for the e-mail.

I'm sorry, you've stumped me. I've never seen that before. If you haven't already, you could try the help button on the BIS site, or call Customer Service. Maybe someone else who has had the problem and solved it will post the solution.
