When I receive a call as all of you know , Blackberry OS tells you when was your last call from the caller .


in TORCH this appear in the middle of the contact name that calling me .



what to do ??

We must have different phones. I've never seen that.

I have never seen this. What OS are you running and look at how the contact is named as that is the only way a name will appear in Mobility.

I am betting you have text in the digit fields of these contacts. Remove any text in the digit field and update the name or notes section accordingly.

Have you added any fonts to the device? Just a guess, but I know they can cause problems sometimes. Have you installed any third party apps that "may" have changed some font settings? Otherwise, I agree with shansmi, there's probably improper characters in some fields.

I have no TEXT in the digit field .

That text is coming from contact info somewhere as there is no "name presentation" in mobility, only callerID meaning calling number only. The only way to get names is if the resolve to a contact.
