    Telus has confirmed that they have logged several trouble tickets with 3G data at the University of Western Ontario and other Canadian Universities (that they did not name) recently.
    Our rep has confirmed that Telus is not using 100% their own infrastructure for 3G devices, and that they are using some of Bell Canada's infrastructure. This has caused a localized capacity issue on specific university campuses, since September 9th.
    Issues that we have been seeing are full reception bars/3G status, but not data transmitting, or significant (hours) delays. Phone is almost impossible to use. BBM and SMS are extremely slow. Some users may also lose connection to the towers and see 'SOS' in place of their signal indicator.
