Bought this over an hour ago and can't get it to work on my 9700. I've changed all the profile settings to LED off, reinstalled, pulled the battery and it still will not work!! I'm so annoyed! Can someone please point me in the right direction?

What happens when you configure the bebuzz settings in the options menu? Permission settings set?

I havent seen anything regarding permissions settings?? Could this be where i'm going wrong?

Goto options>applications>3rd party>bebuzz and edit permissions, check everything is set to allow and give it another shot

What isn't working?
Did you set the colors you wanted?
Is it enabled? (Options > BerryBuzz (or BeBuzz) > gear icon at the top)

Yep done all that and when I send a text from another phone I get no light flashing. I'm at my wits end with it now!

Ok I just tried ringing my phone and the disco lights flashed so looks like its working, just not for texts?

To be honest sounds like somethings wrong with the way you may have configured the app. Try this in each of your profiles set the LED to on and see where it goes from there, if not your best bet will be to contact the BeBuzz support

It suddenly started working for texts in the end, and all other messages. Not sure exactly what it was that got it to work but thanks for the help guys!
