Welcome but we need a little more info than nothing works. Are you on AT&T? What OS? Do you have the BB icon in the banner (Should be yes if BBM is working)? Are you on the mobility network or WiFi? Have these services ever worked on your Torch? What changed?
Lost here, you say nothing works, but your email and browser works next? If its a brand-new Torch you'll need to actually open the shortcuts and download.
If BBM is working, everything SHOULD be okay. but again, first and formost IS IT JUST OBTAINED RIGHT OUT OF THE STORE?

you may need to call AT&T and ask them to connect you to the Blackberry support tech to set up your BIS..( Blackberry Internet Service).. for those emails to work..
Relax..when you said basic things like email, browser, facebook, twitter,etc don't work, it is likely some network or configuration issues. Take some time to learn about the problems..take a seep of cofee...try again...they all will work..these are all basic bb integrated functionalities...

Wasn't somebody saying that if during the device transfer process you choose third party apps that there's already a version of on your Torch... then that app won't work properly once the device transfer is complete?

While op may have bailed still no answer to why no browser, email or pin while on edge but bbm works. No berry icon. When on 3G all works. Wifi won't connect (open network), now 2 phones as his dads dosent work either.

Then you need the servicebooks for your Saudi network off of your old device. Follow my instructions in the sticky (You have to put your SIM in the old device and make sure it's working to get all the servicebooks).
