On the new Desktop OS on my 9800 Torch when I backup the device I get the following message:
All data was not backed up. Some data is not included in the backup file.

When I view what was not backed up it shows:
THEME SETTINGS 0/1

In addition-on the DT page-- LAST BACKUP shows NEVER?

although I have backup files that exist?

Why does it show NEVER?

Keeps happening to me also on my 9650. It appears to be backing everything but theme settings for some reason

Mine won't backup the compatibility settings. Keeps failing, although it had backed up previously. Not sure what the problem is. This is on a Storm2.

DM6 is behaving exactly this same way when backing up my 9650...

Any fixes available?

I backup and sync just fine everyday. The dates never change though.

My backup dates only change when I use the usb cable to backup.
So I sync all of my data using BT and only do a backup weekly with the usb cable.
