Forgive me if someone has addressed this but i can not locate an answer.

Someone is trying to send me a video file via BBM and they get an error message "only audio or image files accepted"....

how do i change this? i've tried checking Options in BBM, e-mail, setup, etc.. with no luck.

Sorry, I did not use BBM for sending video. Instead, If am using a free app called youcast. It allows me to send file without any size limit.
