So coming from the WinMo Touch Pro 2, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a weather app out there that'll easily check the weather in 4 or 5 multiple cities with little hassle. The touchflo part of WinMo would let me just swipe up or down on the weather screen through my pre-set weather cities.

Is there something similar for blackberry?

    BerryWeather/BeWeather (same program 2 names)

it runs from 4.99-9.99 depending on where you purchase it.

Also, Viigo (RSS Reader) has a weather section built in and its not the best but an OK free option.

But Berry Weather is the BEST, and is so worth the money!

I use Berryweather and love it. I have 10 cities around the world saved and can simply flick scroll through all of them. I got it on sale and it was well worth it. I used to use Weather Bug and Accuweather and they are decent but despite them being free, I'm still happier having paid for Berryweather.

i agree. i don't know why it gets such a bad rap. on my storm 2, it's perfect. gives you a lot for a free app:

    - 7 day forecast overview
    - 7 day detailed forecast for each day
    - hourly forecast
    - wind speed/direction, dew point, windchill, humidity, pressure, and the day's forecast summary
    - homescreen icon that updates
    - multiple city support
    - 'My location' gps fix
    - update interval choices
    - English or Metric
    - and more

Weather Bug free will probably be sufficient for your needs. You can always buy a premium app after trying all the free ones. See the sticky BlackBerry OTA apps at the top of this forum

+ another 1 for WeatherBug since it is free. You can have multiple locations stored and changed with a click of the space bar. It should be fine for what you are looking for.

Does weatherbug show the temp overlayed on the icon on the home screen? If not can someone recommend one that does?
