Hi, I got a Storm 2 about a week ago and I love it, but I am having two issues.

1). I can't type on my bbm group (keyboard does not appear)
2). The phone sometimes randomly reboots

It's running OS 5.0.0.713. Any ideas on how to solve those issues?

download the new bbm and it should fix your keyboard problem 1

I've heard of the BBM Group keyboard issue MANY times, some experience it, some don't. You may be able to click Menu, Show Keyboard.
As for the random reboot, do you notice it while starting or running an application? I experienced a similar issue when opening my Camera, about 40% of the time it would reboot as soon as pressed the convenience button & I received a replacement device.
