First of all I have 2 9000 one locked with Rogers on a 3 year contract and another one unlocked that a friend of mine give it 2 me last year. The other day I call Rogers because the keyboard of my 9000 was not working properly and because they don't have in stock anymore 9000 refurbish they send me a 9700...now I have a 9000 and a 9700....love the keyboard, screen and strength of my 9000 but totally love the app memory space and trackpad of the 9700.....lucky me XD

I called Rogers 2 weeks ago because my 9000 wasn't charging. They didn't ask any questions or try to send me a new charger they just said that they didn't have the 9000 refurbs and they were swapping them out for 9700's! At first I wasn't too excited because I LOVE the size of the 9000 but your right about the memory space and trackpad. Does make life a bit easier.
Did Rogers just send you the phone the charger and the battery? I called and complained because relistically they should also be sending the micro USB. The phone they sent me was called a "seed" phone which a rep explained is pretty much a brand new phone.
