Ordered the Torch, it arrived today.. popped battery in.. nothing.

Took battery out.. removed SIM chip, SD card and put in replacements.. popped battery back in.. nothing.

plugged into AC adapter, nothing, no red LED.

held power button while doing any number of things, unplugging/replugging in AC unit, removing/reinserting battery..nothing.

I got a dead unit.. WTG.

If you are an at&t customer just take it to them they should honor it regardless of who u bought it from. I kno if u buy from wirefly or letstalk and ur phone dies at&t stores replace it for you.
