Here is the situation.

I have 4 lines on one account. I need to take two of these lines and put them on new account with VZW. Will VZW do this? I am willing to pay the two ETF's if necessary.

As long as your staying with Verizon it's just like changing you plan. Separating lines is okay and you won't be charged an ETF. If you want someone else to be the primary account holder, a credit check will be run for them. If it remains in your name, no new credit check.

Assumption of liability is what you need to do. No etfs and someone else assumes the financial responsibility.
