My wife and I are having an issue with blackberry messenger, we keep dropping each other when the phone turns off or reboot. All our other contacts remain, we just loose each other. Any ideas of what's going on? Verizon was no help at all, they're just as stumped as we are.
This is exactly the same thing that was happening to me, never happened with any the other contacts I had.
Customer service told us to do a clean install as if it was new out the factory, but didnt help.
Then after 3 weeks it just suddenly started staying connected, and it's never dropped yet.
