How hard is it to change the housing on the storm 2? I bought one on ebay with a few scuffs and wanted to change the housing.

Very hard lol seriously you got to know what you are about. Try looking at a video first that may help

I seen a you tube video on it and it seems easy but I don't know. I am not changing the screen just the outside.

its quite easy really
i used the greek video on youtube for help
just be carefull with the screen connectors and the ariel connector
as mine had an extra clip i had to tuck it under
it takes a bit of brute force to get the two halfs apart and you may need to replace the double sided tape on the top and bottom covers
but about half an hour of your time should see you alright

I'd get an OtterBox case and call it a day. It will cover everything but the screen. $20 and no risk involved. Just my opinion.
