    Rogers says I'm eligible for upgrade from 8900 to iPhone 4 16GB for $159 even though I'm only 1 year and 8 months into my contract. Should I do the upgrade through the website or by phone? How quickly should I expect to get my phone? I hear there are iPhone 4 shortages.

    Well, there's still long lineups outside of the Eaton Centre Apple Store to pick up the iPhone 4 - and a longer wait (weeks apparently) to get the rubber wrapper for the signal 'issue', so I'm not sure how keen one should be to 'upgrade'.

    Granted, RIM's latest devices (and Rogers' inability/refusal to keep up with OS updates to their subscribers) make BB's look less desirable than they should be - but really, an iPhone?

    your going to have to either order online or go to a store. Rogers does not do upgrades over the phone anymore. It seems like its going to be a while before the demand slows down
