Sometimes the lighting on my screen dims and not the same as normal. It will go back to the original color. Any advice on what to do or how to fix? I have tried everything I know. Also, I can't send or receive mms. I thought that all of it came with the blackberry package

If its a dimming issue the phone does automatically dim when it senses you are not in a bright enough area...if its dimming "read color shifting" then that sounds like a waranty exchange or defective product.
As for the MMS. Idk sorry
