    I have found the instructions in the BB website before, but I have searched for over an hour and can't find them again. There are four methods described for accomplishing this.

    Does anyone know how to find these instructions on their website?

    You can go to Options/Security/General Settings. Then click the BB button and select "Wipe Handheld".

    I was looking for instructions for removing IT policy by resetting to factory. I found them.
