    ok so i need help i have over 300 contacts in my phone and when i try to sync it to Microsoft Outlook it only reads 6 of them why is that??? please please help

    it could be that you have most of your contacts saved on your SIM card. Outlook only reads data from the phone memory itself. Check to see where your contacts are stored, if they are on your SIM, you should be able to "Save All to Phone"

    thats just a guess though

    I think this is how

    open contacts, in contacts press blackberry/menu button> SIM phone book> blackberry/menu button within SIM phone book> Copy All To Contacts

    Try saving all of them into the Sim Phone Book. Copy and Paste numbers if you have trouble remembering them. Then delete the contacts, all of them, from the DEVICE, press Alt-Shift-Del and once it's booted, it'll ask you if you want to import your contacts. Click Yes.
