Maybe someone got the OP's account information or maybe some other party's name is on the account and he's trying to get his own?

OP - give C/S a call. If it's someone else's account, though, you're going to need them to do it or at least be there with you - walking into a store may be easier but YMMV, sometimes the folks at the stores aren't as knowledgeable about things like that.
