will opera 5.1 still allow for the free internet browsing or was that a feature from Opera mini 4? i have wifi at home but i not always at home.

The only free internet browsing for Opera mini 5.1 is threw wi-fi,which can be accessible at most fast food places now and many other places,just look for a wi-fi sticker by the doors at these places if you are away from home

no it is just i have the IM/Email plan with no data, so i have to use wifi with bb browser, or now i can just open up opera mini 4 wherever and browse the net.
