does not seem to connect to enterprise account (Exchange)..at least there are nor more options for enterprise actions (foldr forwarding etc.)

I installed it on my laptop running windows 7. Installation went smoothly but when I started it, got error message from windows and it was closed. Tried several times by all efforts;
1. uninstalling previous OS and BDM.
2. tried cleaning registry by Ccleaner
even then, couldn't succeed.
Any suggestions from those who have got installed and running.

Does anyone have an idea on how to update on this version? I can't seem to get loader fired up correctly to update my device software.
