Yes this can used with verizon, sprint or any other carrier, just remember to delete the vendor.xl file.
No, this can't be used on an 8520.

Not sure. I have loaded, seems faster than .734 and the radio seems more consistent.

I'm not a MAC user, so I don't really know. But you can start or post a thread here, and MAC users might be able to help you.

So far, so good. Don't notice any improvements yet. I'll be able to tell after a couple of days (battery, radio reception, etc). At least everything seems to be working OK.

Works good so far.. I think my performance was a little better on .734 ... I use encryption and password etc though..

On a side note I was trying to get default services back like the standard internet browser ... Currently I can only use WIFI atm for browsing or downloading stuff.. Does anybody know what the correct process is for wiping and restoring everything??

    Thanks in advance..

can someone tell me how each of the following are with this version?:

    1) Picture/photos quality? is it still a bit pixelated, or perfect?

    2) Calendar birthdays mess up? - this is probably a given since every update messes it up, but i'll ask anyways.

    3) any music player issues?

    4) any reception issues?

    Thanks.

Seems to be a good release. It seems the reception is a little better then in the .734 release. Can't say anything about battery life yet and I don't see any issues with the pictures.

Still going fine. Battery life seems good. Photos are good. Apps running fine (even beta apps). Haven't had any hiccups at all. Seems like a safe upgrade.

    I jsut updated.

this is by far my most favorite update- no issues so far whatsoever. not even the calendar birthday issue.

photos are still pixelated slightly but whatever. i think it just might be the phone.
