Just bought a sierra card for laptop. It says connection not found. Looks like its trying to connect to 4G but we don't have 4G where I live. Any ideas how to get this to work?

i have the overdrive and its operation should be similar..
the default setting on the overdrive is to search for 4g and if not found to search for 3g.. you can howver thru the admin console change this to force 3G only or 4G only... so it may be that the settings are set to force 4g only.
you should have setup/configure instructions to change this.. (hopefully)
Thanks, last night sprint said there was a tower issue in my area that wouldn't let it activate. Still waiting............but when I go thru all of that, 4G is all that I can click. 3G is grayed out and won't let me do anything. I'm going to give it a little while longer and call them back
