    According to the manufactured country u can see the difference, qualities

    First one was made in Mexico. I replaced cuz of issues. This one is made in Canada
    I found many difference the last one is much more better

    I don't believe you will find consistency. I have a solidly built 9700 from Mexico which has kept me very happy for the past several months.

    Of the 5 BlackBerrys I have owned (replacements included) I have had units made in
    Canada, Mexico and Hungary and have never, not once, noticed any difference in
    function or build quality at all.
