Does it still seem to be the problem for any 9700 users out there with the LED problem? I tried contacting Justin, but never got a response back. Any 9700 users would be appreciated!

I've heard the newer ones are an issue. I've had mine since around Feb, and love it. It just goes as far as the face. The LED is completely uncovered.

Thanks for the input. Does anyone who has recently ordered have this problem? The LED is an important feature...covering would defeat the major purpose. Has anyone with the problem solved it with exacto or the sort?

i got the red label one, and the led lgiht is covered. not a huge deal, its still partially uncovered, but i can see ppl being unhappy with it.

which way did you try contacting me ? email is the fastest way to get ahold of me.

as for the LED, this is normal. it covers about half of it to my understanding. I have taken a hole puncher and punch a half circle right there where the LED is and it works great and looks good too. You may want to try that. It is a VERY easy fix.
