Rate it : Black - 8/10 only because of a few scratches and a nick in the bottom left corner of the front panel. Works perfectly.
Red - Visually, 9.5/10 almost NO scratches of any kind, but due to needing a new hard drive, I'll give it a 3/10. The unit was dropped by my friend from about 5 feet onto a carpeted floor, and the hard drive was damaged. It was babied prior to that... It will power on, but only shows a screen saying to contact support for a repair. I believe the repair costs about $80.
What it comes with : Both Zune players, ONE USB data cable, and ONE Microsoft Zune official car kit, which includes an FM Transmitter/Charging cable, and brown rubber dash mat.
