I am purchasing an iPhone Wednesday, BUT he said the face has no scratch but the body has superficial scratch...What does that mean?
Usually they are talking about the glass (touchscreen) and then the body being all the plastic. Superficial on the other hand is all in the eyes of the beholder. Minor scratch to me may be a major scratch to you. Just remember, the glass touch screen is the important part, the plastic not so much other than looks.
