Umm the Torah is the five books of Moses also known as the Old Testament are included in the link that was provided. Most Modern day Bibles contain the Torah albeit in English not Hebrew.

I dunno, it seems to me that if you want to be religious you should put down the Blackberry and pick up a Bible (or Torah) and if you're so attached to your Blackberry that you can't put it down to pick up a Bible (or Torah), maybe you're not as religious as you like to think you are.
I would suppose that studying, reading, or teaching the Bible in electronic form is better than not at all. "If" you are into that. Certainly to each his own. I personally find it interesting that it's available over the BB as may others.
Oh, I find it interesting too. I guess it's a good thing that technology lets people pray in traffic. God knows, residents of LA, Washington, and New York need it. =)
Nice timing-I have been looking for other versions of the Bible lately.:-)
Btw it is useful for me to be able to read the Bible whenever there is a short break in the day and at my lunch time, since my bb is at hand most times.
I must say I prefer a 'proper' hardcopy Bible to the electronic version, but there also are times for an electronic version, imho.

I sometimes forget to take my bible with me to church. So that's when this bb bible comes in handy. And searching for a particular passage is so much faster on this than on a regular bible for me.

I have the beiks noah bible viewer on my berry. I use it often enough to keep it around. I'm not religious enough to carry a bible around everywhere. Its good to know there is a torah (and probably the koran) for bb.
I don't see why people are scared of religion. Your views are different than mine and that's just the way it goes!

I don't think you'll ever find a free NIV version, it is copyrighted and the copyright fees are usually higher for it than other translations. If you do ever come across a free one, then it is most likely an illegal copy.......
