Hi Guys,

So I had my Get Images option in my email disappear about a month or two ago, and I haven't seen it since.

I can't remember changing anything, my HTML is enabled, my "Download Images Automatically" option is enabled.

I tried resending service books, and I have the latest software/firmware version, but nothing.

I can see HTML formatting in the email (like coloured backgrounds, formatted text, etc, but no images, I don't get the option to "Get Images" either when I press the BB key. The only options I get is More, More All and Get Plain Text.

How do I get it back? It's really annoying me.

i had the exact same problem.
For me i noticed this first when images would not appear in viigo.
then i noticed the same as you, images in emails would not appear also, and it would not give me the option to 'get images' either.

so i uninstalled viigo, and restarted, and now images in my emails work again.
not sure if theres an issue with viigo and my os version or something.
but yeah try uninstalling viigo.
