is there any way to make it so that it vibrates for calls, txts, bbms, ext. but not for emails. i receive emails constantly and don't need the vibrate notification. but would still like to be notified for other things. i can not see how you can make custom profiles like you could do on the bold ext. can any one help me please thanks.

Have u tried edit your ring profile?

yep i've tried that, doesn't work. still vibrates when i've selected not to for email.

Click speaker icon, scroll to bottom, edit profiles, either create a new one up top of list, or edit an original one. You will have to click on message bar to expand the list so you can adjust your email alert.
